These 2-Ingredient Banana Donut Holes are soft, lightly crisp, and taste like banana bread in bite-size form. Made in the air fryer, they’re a fast, easy, and healthier treat with just two pantry staples.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 large banana)
  • 3/4 cup self-rising flour
  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: pinch of salt
  • Optional: 2–3 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe banana until smooth, ensuring you have exactly 1/2 cup.
  2. Add the self-rising flour and stir until a sticky dough forms. Mix in optional flavorings if using.
  3. Lightly oil your hands and knead the dough into a soft ball. Scoop 1 tbsp portions and roll into balls.
  4. Place balls on parchment paper and spray lightly with oil.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 6–7 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Optional: brush with melted coconut oil and roll in cinnamon sugar while warm.
