These 2-ingredient peanut butter cookies are soft, chewy, and naturally flourless and egg-free. Made with just peanut butter and maple syrup, they’re quick, easy, and perfect for when you want a sweet treat without fuss.

  • Total Time: 17 minutes
  • Yield: 12 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth and thick.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball, and place on the baking sheet. Press gently with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring.

Notes

  • Use natural peanut butter (well stirred) for a cleaner ingredient list.
  • Cookies will be soft after baking and firm up as they cool.
  • Add a splash of vanilla or pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
