Instructions
- Slice the halloumi into pieces about ½ inch thick.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place halloumi slices in a single layer once the oil is hot.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until a deep golden crust forms.
- Sprinkle dried oregano or thyme over the halloumi immediately after cooking.
- Serve hot and crispy.

- Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice for freshness.
