Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 10–12 slices pepperoni (or other pizza meat)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for skillet
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter to coat the bottom.
- Lay one tortilla flat and spread half the pizza sauce over one side.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Fold the tortilla in half to form a half-moon.
- Place in skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Transfer to cutting board, cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

- Cook in air fryer at 375°F for 4–5 minutes, flipping halfway for crispier texture.
