Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 box (6 oz) dry stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker.
- Place chicken breasts in an even layer at the bottom.
- Spread the cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth until just combined.
- Spoon the stuffing mixture over the chicken.
- Add small dollops of sour cream evenly across the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and fully cooked.

- Add frozen veggies like peas, carrots, or green beans for a full meal.
- Swap cream of chicken with cream of mushroom for a different flavor.
