Instructions
- Slice the cold cream cheese into 6 to 8 pieces and gently roll into balls. Keep chilled.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Place crushed coating in a separate bowl.
- Dip each cream cheese ball into the egg wash, then roll and press into the coating until fully covered.
- Place the coated balls in an air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t touching.
- Air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 8–10 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving hot or chilled.
