These Air Fryer Nachos are a fast, crispy, and cheesy snack or meal made in under 10 minutes. Perfect for quick cravings, they are customizable and require no oven.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, Colby, or blend)
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo (optional)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1 avocado, sliced or diced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper or foil, allowing the edges to rise slightly.
  2. Layer half of the tortilla chips and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat with the remaining chips and cheese.
  3. Air fry at 325°F (162°C) for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Carefully remove the nachos using the parchment or foil and transfer to a serving plate.
  5. Add optional toppings like pico de gallo, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
