Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. Rub mixture over chicken breasts.
  3. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each seasoned chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat well.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with olive oil, and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
