- 1 packet (about 1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray (for greasing the air fryer basket)

- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces with breadcrumb mixture, tossing or shaking in a bag for even coverage.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes. Spray basket with cooking spray.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray tops with more cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes
- Use panko for extra crunch or mix in smoked paprika for a smoky flavor.
- Chicken thighs can be used for extra juiciness.
- Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, BBQ, or buffalo sauce.
- Reheat in air fryer or oven to maintain crispiness.
- Freeze after cooking for quick future meals — reheat from frozen in air fryer.
