- 2 pounds potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes and peel them if desired. Slice into 1/4-inch rounds.
- Soak the slices in cold water for 15–30 minutes, then drain and pat dry completely.
- Place slices in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer if needed. Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway through. Cook thicker slices up to 18 minutes.
- Remove when crisp and golden. Serve immediately.

- Soaking the potatoes improves crispiness but can be skipped if needed.

- Sweet potatoes can be used, but reduce cooking time slightly.
