Instructions

- Turn dough onto a floured surface and shape into a ball.
- Transfer dough to a greased crock pot insert lined with parchment paper.
- Cook on high for 2–3 hours, or until the crust is golden and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
- Optional: For a crispier crust, place the loaf under the broiler for 2–4 minutes.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
