Ingredients

  • 1 banana (ripe but firm)

  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the banana lengthwise into two halves. Place them on either side of a long dish or shallow bowl.
  2. Add one scoop each of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream between the banana halves.
  3. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the chocolate scoop, strawberry syrup over the strawberry scoop, and caramel sauce over the vanilla (if using).
