Ingredients
- 1 banana (ripe but firm)
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp strawberry syrup or strawberry jam
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce (optional)
- Whipped cream
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts, or almonds)
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and slice the banana lengthwise into two halves. Place them on either side of a long dish or shallow bowl.
- Add one scoop each of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream between the banana halves.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the chocolate scoop, strawberry syrup over the strawberry scoop, and caramel sauce over the vanilla (if using).
- Top with whipped cream swirls on each scoop.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts and optional sprinkles.
- Finish with a maraschino cherry on top and serve immediately.
