Ingredients
- For the special sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles

- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- For the wraps:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all special sauce ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible for rolling.
- Spread special sauce over each tortilla. Top with cooked beef, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices if using.
- Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla into a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
