Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice (fresh or canned)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (not coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
- For garnish: Pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, paper umbrellas (optional)
Instructions
- Add 2 cups of ice to a blender.
- Pour in pineapple juice, coconut cream, blue curaçao syrup, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth and slushy, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into chilled tall glasses or hurricane glasses.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges, cherries, and umbrellas if desired.
Notes
- Use frozen pineapple chunks instead of ice for a richer flavor.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to make it a Blue Hawaiian Float.
- Mix the liquid ingredients ahead and blend with ice when ready to serve.
- Substitute blue curaçao syrup with blue raspberry syrup + orange extract if unavailable.
