Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds for a milder flavor.
- Place a chunk of brie in each jalapeño half.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and peppers are slightly softened.
- Warm blueberry preserves briefly in the microwave and drizzle over poppers before serving.
