Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz / ~225 g) tube of crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 2/3 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Place a small row of blueberries on top of the filling.
  6. Roll up each triangle from wide end to tip and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10–13 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving. Serve warm for best texture.
