Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles (optional)
- 12–15 egg-roll wrappers
- Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/2 tsp mustard or mustard powder (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook diced onion and garlic until softened.

Notes
- Use jalapeños or bell peppers for extra flavor or heat.
- Swap cheddar for pepper jack or mozzarella.
- Air-fry at 190°C for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, brushing with oil for crispness.
