Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and black pepper until well combined.

- When the eggs are still soft, place the bread slices on top so they stick slightly.

- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise inside the sandwich before serving warm.
