Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups are crispy on the outside, gooey and cheesy on the inside. They’re quick to make, require minimal ingredients, and are perfect for snacking, parties, or an easy comfort food fix.

Ingredients

8 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

Optional: Italian seasoning or chili flakes for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin to make rolling easier.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over each slice of bread.
  3. Roll up each slice tightly, sealing the edges with gentle pressure.
  4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic or garlic powder to make garlic butter.
  5. Brush each rollup generously with garlic butter.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the rollups, turning until all sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning, chili flakes, or fresh herbs inside the rollups.
  • Switch up the cheese with Monterey Jack, provolone, or pepper jack.
  • For added crunch, roll buttered rollups in breadcrumbs before frying.
