Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked diced or shredded chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil (for toasting)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Optional: 1/2 cup diced bell peppers, 1 cup spinach, hot sauce, or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and half the mozzarella. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold chicken mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Adjust seasoning.
  5. Divide filling onto tortillas, sprinkle remaining mozzarella, then roll tightly.
  6. Toast wraps in a skillet with butter or oil, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
