- 2 cups cooked diced or shredded chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tbsp butter or oil (for toasting)
- Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional: 1/2 cup diced bell peppers, 1 cup spinach, hot sauce, or red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Add chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and half the mozzarella. Mix until smooth.
- Fold chicken mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Adjust seasoning.
- Divide filling onto tortillas, sprinkle remaining mozzarella, then roll tightly.
- Toast wraps in a skillet with butter or oil, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
- Slice and serve warm.

- Swap mozzarella for cheddar or pepper jack for variety.
- Add vegetables like spinach or peppers for extra texture.
- Use low-carb or gluten-free tortillas if needed.
