Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly oil it.
  2. Lay the flour tortillas flat. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each, leaving a small margin around the edges.
  3. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tortillas, followed by sliced pepperoni.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Tightly roll up each tortilla from one long edge. Brush the outside with olive oil and place seam side down on the prepared tray.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Let rest for 1–2 minutes, then slice each roll into 3–4 pieces if desired. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
