Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 6 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and bake tater tots according to package directions until golden and crispy. Lightly crush them once done.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked beef, crushed tater tots, shredded cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese.
