Ingredients

6 slices Texas toast bread (or thick-cut bread)

100 g (7 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened

150 g (1 1/2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese

50 g (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Salt, to taste

Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
  3. Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
