Ingredients
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1.5 cups ice-cold water
- 3.5 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2.5 cups heavy cream
- 3 to 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- Vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Whisk sweetened condensed milk with ice-cold water in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into pudding mixture until combined.
- Layer vanilla wafers at the bottom of a serving dish, then add sliced bananas and a layer of pudding mixture.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Add a touch of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Use crushed vanilla wafers between layers for richer texture.
- Optional sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Do not reheat; serve chilled.
