Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced or diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.
- Add avocado slices and shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
- Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the burritos for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
