Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread cooked chicken evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, milk or cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour sauce over the chicken and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top.
  6. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs or crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the cheese.
