Ingredients

  • For the rolls:
  • 1 tube (8 oz) crescent roll dough sheet
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup brown and white sugar blend
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • For the maple glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped apple, sugar blend, cinnamon, and nutmeg until coated.
  3. Unroll crescent dough sheet onto a clean surface, pressing seams together if needed.
  4. Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.
  5. Spread apple mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  6. Roll tightly from the long side into a log.
  7. Slice into 8 equal rolls with a sharp knife.
  8. Place cut-side up on baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  11. Cool rolls 5 minutes, then drizzle glaze over top. Serve warm.
