Ingredients

  • 2 cups cotton candy sugar cookie mix
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup cotton candy Greek yogurt
  • 5 Tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cotton candy flavor mix
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar cookie mix, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and cotton candy Greek yogurt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  4. Transfer batter to a zip-top bag, snip off one corner, and pipe into donut cavities, filling each about halfway.
  5. Bake for 7–8 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
  6. Let donuts cool in the pan for 3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. For the glaze, warm the milk, vanilla, and cotton candy flavor mix in a saucepan over low heat.
  8. Sift in the powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
  9. Dip each cooled donut into the glaze, decorate with sprinkles, and let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Plain or other flavored Greek yogurt can be used if cotton candy flavor isn’t available.
  • For brighter colors, add food coloring to the glaze.
  • Use a mini muffin tin as a substitute if you don’t have a mini donut pan.
  • Store glaze in the fridge and warm slightly before using.
  • Let the donuts sit out a few minutes before serving if stored at room temperature.
