Ingredients
- 2 cups cotton candy sugar cookie mix
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup cotton candy Greek yogurt
- 5 Tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cotton candy flavor mix
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar cookie mix, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and cotton candy Greek yogurt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer batter to a zip-top bag, snip off one corner, and pipe into donut cavities, filling each about halfway.
- Bake for 7–8 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
- Let donuts cool in the pan for 3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, warm the milk, vanilla, and cotton candy flavor mix in a saucepan over low heat.
- Sift in the powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
- Dip each cooled donut into the glaze, decorate with sprinkles, and let set for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Plain or other flavored Greek yogurt can be used if cotton candy flavor isn’t available.
- For brighter colors, add food coloring to the glaze.
- Use a mini muffin tin as a substitute if you don’t have a mini donut pan.
- Store glaze in the fridge and warm slightly before using.
- Let the donuts sit out a few minutes before serving if stored at room temperature.
