Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a layer of softened cream cheese over each tortilla, reaching close to the edges.
- Sprinkle garlic powder evenly over the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1½ inches thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the bites cut-side down.
- Cook for a few minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the pan and let cool slightly before serving.
