Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 medium jalapeños, finely chopped and seeded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or chicken until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
