Ingredients
- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 115 grams brie cheese, sliced
- 30 grams dried cranberries
- 30 grams sliced almonds, toasted
- 15 milliliters olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- 15 milliliters honey
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil.
- Top with sliced brie, followed by cranberries and toasted almonds.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme over the top if using.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the flatbread edges are golden and crisp.
- Drizzle with honey and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use camembert or goat cheese instead of brie for a different flavor.
- Swap cranberries for chopped dried figs, apricots, or cherries.
- Use sunflower seeds or pepitas if avoiding nuts.
- Toasting almonds enhances flavor and crunch—don’t skip it!
