Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 115 grams brie cheese, sliced
  • 30 grams dried cranberries
  • 30 grams sliced almonds, toasted
  • 15 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 15 milliliters honey
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil.
  3. Top with sliced brie, followed by cranberries and toasted almonds.
  4. Sprinkle fresh thyme over the top if using.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the flatbread edges are golden and crisp.
  6. Drizzle with honey and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  7. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
