Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Set up three bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in the third.
  3. Pat pickle slices completely dry with paper towels.
  4. Dredge each pickle slice in flour, shaking off excess.
  5. Dip into beaten eggs, coating fully.
  6. Press into breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly on both sides.
