Ingredients
- 1 cup dill pickle slices, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Set up three bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in the third.
- Pat pickle slices completely dry with paper towels.
- Dredge each pickle slice in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into beaten eggs, coating fully.
- Press into breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly on both sides.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Pat pickles very dry to help coating adhere properly.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best crispiness.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
