Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place pie crust in a tart pan or pie dish.
- Arrange pear slices evenly over the crust, slightly overlapping.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the pears, spreading evenly.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

- Add sliced almonds on top before baking for crunch.
