- 4 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos (plus more for topping)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese until combined.
- Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the Doritos layer.
- Top with remaining crushed Doritos.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
