Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or chopped pepperoni)
  • 1½ cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos (or other flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2×3 inch rectangles.
  3. Spread 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on each piece, then add mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices.
  4. Roll up each piece and pinch edges to seal.
  5. In a bowl, mix crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Roll each filled dough piece in the Doritos mixture to coat fully.
  7. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool a few minutes and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
