Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent roll dough)
- 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or chopped pepperoni)
- 1½ cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos (or other flavor)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2×3 inch rectangles.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on each piece, then add mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices.
- Roll up each piece and pinch edges to seal.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll each filled dough piece in the Doritos mixture to coat fully.
- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool a few minutes and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
