Instructions

- Add powdered sugar to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Whisk in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully mixed before adding the next.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Gently fold into the wet ingredients.
- Stir in the vanilla essence until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool in the pan before slicing into squares and serving.
