Ingredients
- 1 (24-ounce) can apple pie filling
- 1 (8-count) can refrigerated cinnamon rolls, with icing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Open the cinnamon roll package and set the icing aside. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
- Roughly chop the apple slices in the pie filling, then combine with cinnamon roll pieces in a bowl. Gently stir to mix.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until cinnamon rolls are golden and fully cooked.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with reserved icing. Serve warm.
Notes
- Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple pie spice before baking for extra flavor.
- Mix in chopped pecans or walnuts for added texture.
- Add vanilla extract to the icing for more depth.
- Use two cans of cinnamon rolls for a breadier cobbler and increase bake time.
- Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently before serving.
