Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
- Coat each chicken tender evenly with the mayo mixture.
- Roll the coated tenders in crushed Ritz crackers to form a crispy coating.
- Place chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add hot sauce or cayenne to mayo mix for heat.
- Mix shredded cheddar with Parmesan for extra cheesiness.
- Use panko or cornflakes instead of Ritz for a different crunch.
- Substitute pre-seasoned Ranch dip for a shortcut.
- Prep ahead and refrigerate before baking. Add Ritz just before baking.
