Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
  3. Coat each chicken tender evenly with the mayo mixture.
