Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Split the English muffins and lightly toast them so they hold up better with toppings.
- Spread about 1–2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each muffin half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
