Ingredients
- Fresh blueberries
- Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- Toothpicks (for dipping)
- Wax or parchment paper
- Cookie sheet
Instructions
- Place a cookie sheet in the freezer for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the blueberries.
- Line the chilled cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- Spoon Greek yogurt into a small bowl or cup for easy dipping.
- Using a toothpick, pierce each blueberry and dip it into the yogurt to coat completely.
- Place each yogurt-covered blueberry on the lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Freeze the sheet for 1 to 2 hours, or until the bites are fully frozen.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to a freezer-safe bag or container for storage.
Notes
- Ensure blueberries are completely dry before dipping to help yogurt adhere.
- Try flavored Greek yogurt (vanilla, lemon, strawberry) for variety.
- Dairy-free coconut yogurt works well as a substitute.
- Can substitute with raspberries, halved strawberries, or cherries.
- Store in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen.
