A quick and creamy fruit salad made with a rich dressing of sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and milk, tossed with fresh fruits for a refreshing dessert.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 to 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 200 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits, chopping into bite-sized pieces. Leave blueberries whole and slice grapes in half.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and whole milk until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy dressing over the chopped fruit and gently fold to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add bananas and apple just before serving to prevent browning.
  • Avoid using watermelon, as it releases too much liquid.
  • Cool Whip can be used in place of heavy cream if desired.
  • For variety, try adding mango, raspberries, pineapple, or canned mandarin oranges.
  • Sprinkle in slivered almonds or chopped walnuts for crunch.
