Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for beef mixture)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (for garlic butter)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Roll out crescent dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, sealing seams to form a sheet.
  5. Spread beef mixture evenly over dough. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll dough tightly from one end and seal edges. Slice if making individual roll-ups.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over top of roll-ups.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
