Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail from end to base.
- Gently lift the meat out and rest it on top of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until meat is opaque and lightly browned.
- Optionally, broil for the last 2 minutes for a crisp finish.
- Spoon remaining garlic butter over the lobster before serving.
Notes
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top before baking for a cheesy crust.
- Use smoked paprika for a deeper, smoky flavor.
- Double the lemon juice and add zest for more citrus punch.
- Grill over medium-high heat if preferred, 5–6 minutes per side.
- Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat gently in a low oven.
