Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized bundles of juicy ground beef, gooey cheese, and golden garlic-parmesan brushed dough. They’re quick, fun, and perfect for parties, game days, or an easy family dinner.

  • Total Time: 28 minutes
  • Yield: 8–10 cheeseburger bombs

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese until melted and combined.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  5. Spoon beef-cheese mixture into the center of each dough circle, fold edges up, and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan in a small bowl. Brush generously over dough balls.
  8. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Brush with any leftover garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Seal dough tightly and place seam-side down to prevent filling leaks.
  • Use pepper jack cheese or add onions/pickles for a cheeseburger twist.
  • Ground turkey or plant-based meat can replace beef.
  • Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
  • Freeze after baking, then reheat from frozen at 350°F until hot.
