Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese until melted and combined.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Spoon beef-cheese mixture into the center of each dough circle, fold edges up, and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan in a small bowl. Brush generously over dough balls.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with any leftover garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Seal dough tightly and place seam-side down to prevent filling leaks.
- Use pepper jack cheese or add onions/pickles for a cheeseburger twist.
- Ground turkey or plant-based meat can replace beef.
- Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
- Freeze after baking, then reheat from frozen at 350°F until hot.
