Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- Butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
- Separate biscuit or pizza dough into portions and flatten each into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef in the center, add shredded cheese, and wrap the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal.
- Place dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan and brush over each bomb.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Optionally, sprinkle parsley on top before serving.

- Use pepper jack cheese for a spicy variation.
- Add cooked bacon bits to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle Italian seasoning for extra depth.
