Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • Butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  3. Separate biscuit or pizza dough into portions and flatten each into a small circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of cooked beef in the center, add shredded cheese, and wrap the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal.
  5. Place dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan and brush over each bomb.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Optionally, sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
