Savory handheld bites made by wrapping seasoned beef and gooey cheeses inside soft dough, brushed with garlic parmesan butter, and baked until golden and crispy.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

Dough (store-bought or homemade), enough for 12 pieces

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Set aside.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into 12 squares large enough to hold a spoonful of filling.
  5. Place beef-cheese mixture in center of each square, fold edges, and seal to form balls.
  6. Mix melted butter, parmesan, and garlic; brush over each ball.
  7. Bake 15–20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
