Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak strips dry with paper towels. Season with salt, black pepper, and optional paprika.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to make the glaze.
  3. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
  4. Place steak strips in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side until browned.
