Ingredients
- ⅔ cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop (30 g) unflavored protein powder
- Pinch of salt
- ⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 10 tsp cream cheese
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (optional, for brushing)
- Everything But The Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt until combined.
- Add Greek yogurt and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Lightly flour your surface, divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, and flatten each one.
- Place 1 tsp cream cheese in the center of each piece and wrap the dough around it to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg or spray with oil if desired. Sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place bites in a single layer and air fry for 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
- Use flavored cream cheese or add herbs to the dough for variations.
- Swap for plant-based cream cheese and yogurt for a dairy-free version.
- Can be baked in a regular oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.
- Adjust yogurt slightly if using regular all-purpose flour instead of gluten-free.
