Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30 g) unflavored protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 10 tsp cream cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten (optional, for brushing)
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt until combined.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Lightly flour your surface, divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, and flatten each one.
  4. Place 1 tsp cream cheese in the center of each piece and wrap the dough around it to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg or spray with oil if desired. Sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place bites in a single layer and air fry for 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
