- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 to 3 cups vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef for about 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the onion softens and the beef is fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute while stirring.
- Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape and add about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides inward.
- Roll tightly toward the top corner and seal the edge with beaten egg.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep skillet or fryer.
- Fry egg rolls in batches for 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces if desired.

- Add diced pickles to the filling for a classic cheeseburger flavor.
- Pepper jack cheese can replace cheddar for a slightly spicy version.
- Cook in an air fryer at 380°F for 10 to 12 minutes for a lighter option.
