Ingredients
Brownie Base:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cookie Dough Layer:

- 3/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Topping:
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan or line with mini paper liners.
- Prepare brownie batter: mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisk until combined.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; stir until thick and uniform.
- Spoon ~1 tablespoon brownie batter into each muffin cavity, filling two-thirds full.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until tops are set; toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs. Cool completely in the pan.
- Prepare cookie dough layer: beat softened butter with brown and granulated sugar until creamy. Add milk and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour and salt until soft dough forms; fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Once brownies are cooled, scoop and gently press cookie dough on top of each brownie bite.
- Sprinkle additional mini chocolate chips over cookie dough layer; press lightly to stick.
- Serve immediately or chill slightly to firm the cookie dough layer.

- For extra decadence, drizzle melted chocolate over the finished bites or add a thin ganache layer between brownie and cookie dough.
